Process Steps

Each project begins with a free 30 minute consultation to make sure that our solutions are a good fit for your photo project.  Business related items will be discussed including a rough estimate of project cost and expected timeline.

The second meeting will be an in-person gathering session based on the scope of the work being done (working with physical or digital images).  Business related items will be discussed including a better estimate of project cost and a more fine tuned expected timeline.  A project deposit will be requested at this time.

Project updates, including pricing & timeline status, will be provided on a weekly basis.

In my opinion, this truly is the best part of the process - the day your final project is delivered! You are given back your original photos - but - organized! If the project included more, this is when you will also be given your photo book(s), external hard drives, video presentations, shown the final version of your website, etc. You can now finally enjoy and share your images! You will also be provided with training on maintaining your collection moving forward, as needed.

Final payment will be due upon completion of the project and return of your items.

All clients are unique and will have varied project needs. These process steps are a general guideline that Evergreen Photo Solutions uses to approach projects.
